As the founder of Key Steps Coaching, Jenny helps people understand and change their responses to stress. Developing their personal creativity, whatever form it takes, is an important part of being able to find a satisfying work/life balance, and have time to relax.
She’s a firm believer in making things practical, fun and easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. Her approach to stress management has been described as “surprisingly helpful!”
She’s fascinated by what makes people tick and after many years is still inspired by the imagination and determination shown by those who want to enjoy a more fulfilling life.
Jenny has a wealth of experience to draw on, with a background of thirty years in health care, as a nurse, art therapist and coach.
She’s worked with people of all ages, from all walks of life and cultural background, including artists, administrators, accountants, business owners and directors. doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses and teachers.
