About Key Steps Coaching
and Jenny Cooper
No matter what our culture or background, stress affects us all in some way or another, and there are many keys and solutions - one being that if it is enjoyable and simple, then it will be remembered and helpful.
As the founder of Key Steps Coaching, Jenny enjoys helping people to find and develop their own creative ways to deal with the demands of the modern world, and to achieve a satisfying work/life balance.
She is a firm believer in making things practical, fun and easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. Her approach to stress management has been described as "surprisingly helpful!"
She is fascinated by what makes people tick and after many years is still inspired by the imagination and determination shown by those who want to enjoy a more fulfilling life.
With a background of thirty years in health care, as a nurse, art therapist and health coach, Jenny has a wealth of experience to draw on.
She has worked with people of all ages, from all walks of life and cultural background, including administrators, accountants, business owners and directors. doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and nurses.
