Individual coaching sessions take place on the telephone.
People ask how this can work, but it is very effective. You just need to be in a quiet environment, with no interruptions. And there is no need to travel to appointments, saving time, money and hassle.
You always make the decisions and choices, and go at the right pace for you.
This three month programme provides the highest level of support and resources when you want to focus on reducing your stress levels as a matter of urgency.
The programme incorporates elements of stress management training which is normally part of group programmes and workshops.
It includes three 40-minute coaching sessions on the telephone per month, plus one Quick-Fix ten-minute call, and unlimited email support.
Places are limited for this programme.
This three month programme is less intense, but effective in establishing the changes that you wish to make to de-stress, improve your effectiveness at work and create a better balance with your home life.
It includes two thirty-minute coaching sessions per month, and unlimited email support from your coach between sessions.
