Thought Field Therapy – known as TFT
Do you find unwanted thoughts and feelings sap your energy, distract you and affect your moods and stress levels?
Thought Field Therapy, or TFT, is a simple yet powerful process which can gently and quickly free you from negative emotions, thoughts and memories.
How it helps.
TFT can relieve a wide variety of problems or situations, both mild or serious. These include anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, phobias, jet lag, fear of flying or driving, panic attacks, chronic pain, guilt or addictive urges.
This frees you to focus on what you want to achieve, overcome limiting self-beliefs, and improve your confidence and self-esteem.
“I walked away from my first session feeling lighter and carefree.” (TM, after 20 years of crippling anxiety)

TFT as part of stress management and coaching
Many of the problems treated with TFT are associated with stress, so TFT is included as part of my coaching programmes, available to clients as and when needed.
Thought Field Therapy helps you let go of old feelings, fears and patterns that have been holding you back, and preventing you from improving your health, well-being and life.
Margaret’s story – getting rid of anger
Margaret is delighted at the difference one session of TFT made during her coaching sessions. In her own words:
“The tapping’s been absolutely brilliant. I was feeling very upset and angry with my sister who went on holiday with me, and never came to see me when I was ill afterwards. And in fact would ring up and undermine me, and say “Oh, you are making a bit of a deal of this, what’s up with you?”
And you know, I’m thinking “I nearly died! What’s up with you?”
And I probably didn’t nearly die, but I could have done, people do die from pulmonary embolisms.
So I was upset about that and cross with her, and it was just totally getting in the way. But having done all the tapping, it’s gone!” (MS, W. Yorkshire)
